We got king room and loved it. Cereals, fresh fruit and eggs were available. The location was favourable and the staff was pretty friendly and superbly friendly during the whole stay!

Efficient service, I appreciated delightful food.
I got a huge room with en suite bathroom. The bed here was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early. The location was incredible and pleasant, the staff was cheerful. Besides, the area was nice enough, next to a hulking red - brick museum.

Attractive, small to medium-sized hotel with comfortable twin bedroom. Friendly welcome + efficient service at reception. We did not use the restaurant but it looked appealing with its menu options, perhaps a little over-priced a la carte. Bedroom was a good size; the beds were comfortable; and the location was quiet (apart from dustmen early in the morning). Breakfast was very good with a good selection on the menu.
Lack of a shower in our bedroom - it was a bath with a hand shower and I could not work out the hot/cold controls.

This hotel is a great find! The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacous, with a good sized bathroom which is well lit. The food in the Olive Treet restaurant is superb.
Finding a parking space nearby is difficult.

It was just an appropriate option for a short staycation in Exeter, great for the money. The reception staff were very cute and made check-in easy. Make sure to check the cleanliness of your room before settling in.

Location is good; spaciousness of room (for the price); parking, although it's p and d and good shower.
Room was a bit stuffy, and smelled strongly of cleaner at first.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the main sights. My room was spacious and had high ceilings, giving it a lovely airy feel. The bed was large and super comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. Breakfast surprised me with its variety. I loved the freshly made items and a wide selection of fruits. The staff were friendly, quickly addressing my concerns about the heating at first. They even provided an electric fire when the towel rail wasn't working. On the downside, there were a couple of cleaning issues, like a flickering bathroom light. Parking can be tricky. I recommend arriving early to secure a spot in front of the hotel.
